  • Design board creation for vendors so they know where we're headed before we event meet.

  • Invitation suite assistance and etiquette - extra eyes are so important to keep things on point.

  • Creating 2- 3 hotel blocks so your guests don't have to think twice about where to stay

  • Contact and coordination with all contracted vendors to ensure a their time management. We are you, upholding all the contracts you sign and making sure they are where they said they'll be.

  • Organization and management of wedding ceremony rehearsal. On-site? No problem. In your backyard? We got you. No matter where, we'll be there and show those key 2 people where to go day-of.

  • Set-up of all wedding elements not handled by a specific vendor (e.g. escort cards, favors, guestbook, table numbers, etc.). Photos of sweet passed loved one? Check (and tears).  

  • Direction of bridal party before and after ceremony, as well as during the reception - not to mention a little heads up to slow down on drinks before their toast is called.

  • Direction of all vendors throughout the event. Someone has to tell people where to be.

  • Cueing throughout the reception - ensuring communication between catering, the photographer and the DJ + videographer for seamless transitions and to ensure no moments are left undocumented.

Partial Planning is the perfect dose of help for the client who wants to stay involved

but needs an expert on hand.
 

  • Up to 5 in-person planning meetings, including the meeting before the rehearsal - because we always need to see you week of to check off any changes like your cousin Jeremiah suddenly having a plus one.

  • Paperless communication so all parties have access to mutual documents no matter where you are.

  • Access to planning checklist to stay on track before the big day. Keep notes, ignore it; we'll cover it.

  • Guest list master spreadsheet to fill in and track all addresses, RSVP’s and gifts and that brunch your aunt is dying to host.

  • Budget worksheet creation to help you maximize and manage your budget!

  • Management of planning checklist, along with email reminders of what to do next. Like your own fairy godmother personal guide!

  • Assistance in managing and extensive research on design.  Includes rentals, florals, lighting, draping, stationery. Basically everything pretty. This is where you want us to make your vision come to life.

  • Scheduling and accompaniment to meet top vendors selections in above categories.

  • Vendor referrals to top vendors in remaining categories. We know a lot of people.

  • Layout advice and creation to venue specifications. We LOVE layouts. How else will we know what can fit?

  • Invitation suite etiquette and editing.  Call us Mrs. Post.

  • Assistance in hotel blocking so your guests have a home base that's right by where your venue is.

  • Detailed production of event timeline for the vendors + distribution. It only matter if we tell them.

  • Contact and coordination with all contracted vendors to ensure a their time management: load-in, set-up, performance and load-out logistics.  We know the ins and outs of your venue

  • Organization and management of wedding ceremony rehearsal.  Can't do it at the venue? No problem.  We have a car and will meet you.  Promise, it doesn't matter where we go. 

  • Set-up of all wedding elements not handled by a specific vendor (e.g. escort cards, favors, guestbook, table numbers, etc.). You get the idea

  • Direction of bridal party before and after ceremony, as well as during the reception.

  • Direction of all vendors throughout the event.  They love us.

  • Collection of personal items + gifts at the end of the evening, load into your empty SUV (please don't give us a car full of stuff that leaves no space) and handoff of keys at the end of the night. 

  • 12 full hours on the wedding day coverage. 

  • Lead planner + one assistant present at all events, because one person is never enough.

*In the event that there is a high demand of set-up and tear down not executed by specific vendors, and dependent on the scope of the wedding details, an additional fee may be applied.  Additional time on event days is billed at $100/hr.

 

Travel is welcome; a travel fee starting at $200 will be incurred for weddings over 30 miles one-way from offices in Brentwood, TN.
