Wedding Management


  • Our first meeting will include a site walk-through to get a feel for your vision of the event          approximately 3 months before the wedding. 

  • We can begin email communication to answer any timeline questions and begin getting vendors into check.

  • The second meeting will be virtual and about a month out to go through all your details.

  • Before the rehearsal begins we will regroup to discuss any last minute adjustments and to gather any needed elements for the wedding day.


  • Vendor referrals up front along with additional specialty referrals available upon request.

  • Direct connection to a leading Hotel Block agency that will make your guest management so much easier.

  • Gratuity guide to answer your questions.

  • Decor & Detail items checklist for you to not miss any of those little things.

  • Layout advice and creation to venue specifications so we know where each guest sits.

  • Table Assignment doc to assist with seating chart organization.

  • Contact and coordination with all contracted vendors to ensure a their time management: load-in, set-up, performance and load-out logistics.

  • All the gritty details covered in a major production timeline for the event for vendors and bridal party whereabouts.


  • Organization and management of wedding ceremony rehearsal, no matter where we decide to have it.

  • Set-up of all wedding elements not handled by a specific vendor (e.g. escort cards, favors, guestbook, table numbers, etc.).

  • Direction of bridal party before and after ceremony, as well as during the reception so no one steps out just before their speech.

  • Direction of all vendors throughout the event - we are your eyes and will keep everyone on task.

  • Cueing throughout the reception - ensuring communication between catering, the photographer and the DJ + videographer for seamless transitions and to ensure no moments are left undocumented.

  • Organize and execute grand exit!

  • Collection of personal items + gifts at the end of the evening and deliver to a designated friend or family member on-site, so you never have to wonder where your shoes from earlier went.

  • Up 12 hours on the wedding day coverage at your venue to keep tabs on each element. 

  • Lead Event Manager + one assistant, because one person is never enough. 


Pricing begins at $2300 for an Associate Event Manager

$2800 for Christina Logan (as available)

 Dependent on number of hours required by the venue and number of assistants needed based on scope/multiple locations.

Additional time on the event day is $100 per hour.

Extra consultation - need an extra meeting?  We will figure out your problems! ($150)
Extra consultation package - for the bride who needs some extra help and advice,

we can have up to 3 meetings to get you headed in the right direction ($375)

Out-of-town guest gift bags – assembly and packaging (20 bags, $300)
Calligraphy addressing invitations - ($2.00-5.00/card, inquire for details)

Chalkboards and signage - $10 - $100

Bridal Concierge to keep the ladies on schedule - $250

Bridal Stylist - starting at $500

Rehearsal dinner - planning and coordination (tbd)
Day-after brunch - planning and coordination (tbd)

Travel is welcome; a travel fee starting at $200 will be incurred for weddings over 30 miles one-way from offices in Brentwood, TN.
