  • Guest list master spreadsheet with all the "things" that need attention, to fill in and track all addresses, RSVP’s and even gifts so you don't for get to give thanks.

  • Budget worksheet creation to help you maximize and manage your budget (even when we don't want to).

  • Budget/expense tracking (and reminders!) to stay in the know of when things are due.


  • Vendor referral and selection assistance to the top wedding professionals to make your day a dream. 

  • Scheduling and accompaniment to meet top vendor necessary so you are not running solo.

  • Creating 2- 3 hotel blocks so your guests don't have to think twice about where to stay.

  • Layout advice and creation to venue specifications with everything to scale and just right.

  • Assistance on Wedding Website creation and maintenance.

  • RSVP Management - guest replies may be sent directly to us and we will keep you updated on current counts.


  • Creative + Design inspiration and sourcing: design direction and suggestions - florals, lighting, rentals, draping, accents + paper suggestions.  Even which shade of bridesmaid dresses we think matches best.

  • Design board creation for vendors so they know where we're headed before we even meet.

  • Invitation suite assistance and etiquette - extra eyes are so important to keep things on point.

  • Advise on etiquette, customs, traditions and current trends.



  • Contact and coordination with all contracted vendors to ensure a their time management. We are you, upholding all the contracts you sign and making sure they are where they said they'll be.

  • Organization and management of wedding ceremony rehearsal. On-site? No problem. In your backyard? We got you. No matter where, we'll be there and show those key 2 people where to go day-of.

  • Set-up of all wedding elements not handled by a specific vendor (e.g. escort cards, favors, guestbook, table numbers, etc.). Framed pic of when you said "yes"? Check.  

  • Direction of bridal party before and after ceremony, as well as during the reception - not to mention a little heads up to slow down on drinks before their toast is called.

  • Direction of all vendors throughout the event. Someone has to tell people where to be.

  • Cueing throughout the reception - ensuring communication between catering, the photographer and the DJ + videographer for seamless transitions and to ensure no moments are left undocumented.

  • Organize and execute grand exit. Bubbles? Sparklers? Want to not exit and just party on with your people? We totally get it.  

  • Disbursement of final gratuities.

  • All those personal items you brought to the planner and the shoes you took off - we'll gather them, along with the gifts at the end of the evening and deliver to a designated vehicle or on-site hotel room for easy collection.

  • Lead planner + up to two assistants present at all events, because we always want enough hands to ensure you are covered. 

Planning fee begins at $9,000 or 10% of the final budget
