Partial Planning is the perfect dose of help for the client who wants to stay involved

  • Detailed production of event timeline for the vendors + distribution. It only matter if we tell them.

  • Set-up of all wedding elements not handled by a specific vendor (e.g. escort cards, favors, guestbook, table numbers, etc.). You get the idea

  • Direction of bridal party before and after ceremony, as well as during the reception.

  • Organize and execute grand exit. Boom. Sparkler is our middle name.

  • Collection of personal items + gifts at the end of the evening, load into your empty SUV (please don't give us a car full of stuff that leaves no space) and handoff of keys at the end of the night.

  • 12 full hours on the wedding day coverage.

  • Lead planner + one assistant present at all events, because one person is never enough.
