Don’t forget that every wedding needs a coordinator! After all the time you’ve spent planning, isn’t it worth the peace of mind to make sure it goes off without a hitch?
Two in-person meetings of up to two hours each. The first of these meetings will include a site walk-through to get a feel for your vision of the event. The second will be directly before the rehearsal begins to gather any needed elements for the wedding day and to go over the final details.

Monthly e-mail “check-ins” with the client to ensure that all planning is coming up to speed.
Production of a timeline for the event for vendors and bridal party.
Contact and coordination with all contracted vendors to ensure a their time management.
Assistance in hotel blocking.
Layout advice and creation to venue specifications.
Detailed production of event timeline for the vendors and bridal party + distribution to all contracted vendors.
Contact and coordination with all contracted vendors to ensure a their time management: load-in, set-up, performance and load-out logistics.
Organization and management of wedding ceremony rehearsal.
Set-up of all wedding elements not handled by a specific vendor (e.g. escort cards, favors, guestbook, table numbers, etc.).
Direction of bridal party before and after ceremony, as well as during the reception.
Direction of all vendors throughout the event.
Cueing throughout the reception - ensuring communication between catering, the photographer and the DJ + videographer for seamless transitions and to ensure no moments are left undocumented.
Organize and execute grand exit.
Collection of personal items + gifts at the end of the evening and deliver to a designated friend or family member.

Lead planner + one assistant present at all events.
Services start at $2100*
*In the event that there is a high demand of set-up and tear down not executed by specific vendors, an additional assistant may be required to assist, resulting in a $175 extra fee for labor. Additional time on event days is billed at $75/hr.
For weddings over 150 guests, an additional assistant is required at $175. Travel is welcome; a travel fee starting at $200 will be incurred for weddings over 30 miles one-way from our offices.
